Breathe

Transformational Breathwork is more than just the season itself. The active breathing is where the release begins, but the true transformation unfolds afterwards, in what we call integration.

During a breathwork session, you move and release stored emotion, tension, and energy that may have been held in the body for years. This deep nervous system work helps clear old patterns and creates space for calm, clarity, and balance. But when the session ends, your system needs time to process and re-organise. That’s the role of integration.

Integration is simply giving yourself permission to slow down and absorb the experience. After breathwork, your body and mind are more open and sensitive.

it’s important to nurture that state. You might feel emotional, tired, blissful, or deeply peaceful. You might have new insights or vivid dreams, or feel super tired. This is your nervous system healing, rewiring, and settling into a new rhythm.

To support your integration, try grounding practices:

  • Spend time in nature
  • Journal what came up for you
  • Move gently — stretch, walk, or rest
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Avoid alcohol or overstimulation

Breathwork opens the door; integration helps you walk through it. When you honour the time after your session, the shifts become lasting – not just felt in the moment, but embodied in your everyday life.

If you’re joining one of my Transformational Breathwork sessions in Mijas, remember — the breathwork is the awakening, and the integration is where the healing truly takes root.
